Vampires are supernatural creatures in the Vassalord world. Formerly human, they feast on the blood of humans or sometimes other Vampires.
General Information[]

Vampires are humanoid supernatural creatures that come from and feed off of Humans. They affect a variety of appearances, though all have twin pairs of sharp teeth with which they use to feed. Though their main prey are human beings, some vampires feed on other vampires. This doesn't appear to have any adverse affects.
They are stronger than humans and can sustain serious structural damage. They can also heal from this damage fairly quickly. Blood is their sole source of sustenance but they appear to be able to go without it for perhaps months or years at a time, as Johnny mentions he hasn't seen Charles in a while. He never specifies what a "while" means, however, though Charles drained 3 weeks of blood so that might be the amount.
Resistant to most conventional weapons, Vampires are weak to silver and amnion. They are also vulnerable to sunlight, though it doesn't appear to actively damage them. Not drinking blood can also cause weakness and eventual death from starvation.

Aside from their fangs, they are physically indistinguishable from humans. However, when around blood or feeling intense emotions such as anger, their eyes will glow red. Johnny has been seen dissipating into a swarm of bats. Charles can sprout wings from his shoulders.
Types[]
By method of creation, vampires come in different types:
- First generation vampires are vampires that were created through means other than exposure to another vampire. The only individual of this type is Johnny Rayflo.
- Second generation vampires are vampires that arises thanks to the efforts of existing vampires. Through a bite or other means, such as experimentation. Princess Marie and Charles J. Chrishunds are second generation vampires.
- Artificial Vampires are created as a result of Human efforts. Princess Marie is both and artificial and second gen vampire.
History[]
Johnny Rayflo was the first vampire, created by a Demon that resembled the Incubus Barry. Because of their predatory attitude towards humans, certain groups of humans have taken up hunting them. One such group is the Vatican.
